Brothers, sisters, USECs, and BEARs, the time has come to face the Elden beast, also known as Escape from Tarkovs Gunsmith Part 22. Players achieve this task twenty-four hours after completing Escape from Tarkovs Gunsmith Part 21 and obtaining level 39. However, don't be too excited that you've nearly completed the Gunsmith tasks, this quest is going to cost nearly one-million roubles to complete! Within this task, Mechanic requests an M4A1 build attached with a thermal scope, although it isn't any old thermal scope, it's the Trijicon REAP-IR.

Throughout all the exciting weapon builds players have created over the last few weeks, this M4A1 most definitely burns a hole in every player's pocket. Having them spend over one-million roubles at the gain of 28,900 XP. Although there is light at the end of the tunnel, players receive their own Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scope back from the rewards of this task, having it cost you essentially nothing, kinda.

Due to this being the final Gunsmith task, we've also included a few quest line recommendations to look out for due to their handsome rewards. Although they're not as passive as the Gunsmith Tasks, they are incredibly beneficial to all players trying to progress within the game!

What Do You Need to Do for Gunsmith Part 22

Gunsmith Part 22 will require a series of weapon attachments for the M4A1 following these criteria:

Players can purchase the standard M4A1 from Peacekeeper loyalty level two, however, players are also able to purchase the weapon from the Flea market at a discounted rate. Please make sure the weapon is above 60 durability before purchasing it, otherwise, you'll have to rebuy another M4A1 with 60 durability or above. The M4A1 also spawns on raiders around the maps Lighthouse, The Lab, and Reserve, as well as being popular amongst the PMC population, therefore it's relatively easy to find one in the raid, providing you kill its user or find it inside a weapon crate.

How To Complete Gunsmith Part 22

To complete Gunsmith Part 22, modify the M4A1 with these attachments:

These items are rather difficult to obtain, such as the Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scope or the UNV DLOC-IRD sight mount and you'll need to purchase them direct from traders or the Flea market. Items such as the KAC QDSS NT-4 5.56x45 sound suppressor, are more than achievable loot items and can be found in weapon containers on every map, there are high chances you already own one if your stash is filled with a couple of M4A1 silenced builds.

How to earn fast money on Escape from Tarkov

Saving up money for the Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scope is difficult, therefore here are a few suggestions on earning money as not all players will have one-million roubles laying around to spend on a singular task, regardless of the rewards.

Earning money on Escape from Tarkov is much easier than most think, as players typically horde weapons they aren't going to use when in actuality they should sell them to keep the cash flow healthy. Saving the "dream weapon" for a good run doesn't get anyone anywhere, the dream run doesn't exist and when you do use that dream weapon, a lonely scav will likely tap you for it!

Gunsmith Part 22 Rewards

Here are the following rewards for Escape from Tarkovs Gunsmith Part 22:

As seen here are the great rewards given by the Mechanic to those who complete all the Gunsmith tasks, you receive here around one-million roubles worth of loot. In the case of twenty-two parts of Gunsmith tasks, players receive great rewards and worthy returns, having seen over a couple of million worth of items for completing the tasks. Additionally, players have progressed through the ranks, having most starting Gunsmith Part One at level two or three, now being level thirty-nine and above.

Escape from Tarkovs Gunsmiths provide a steady and passive income of XP for players to grind through the ranks quickly, although there aren't any other tasks similar, here are a few honorable mentions to look out for in the future:

These tasks are incredibly popular amongst the Escape from Tarkov community due to their returns and constant flow of XP. Although there are other honorable mentions, these quest lines are the most valuable to most Escape from Tarkov players. The Private Clinic is a singular task provided by the Therapist, not a questline, although she provides a weapons container for handing over similar rare in-game items.
